Welcome to the workforce intelligence platform operated by BRAIN TECHNIQUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our"). By activating an account, registering for services, or navigating our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope
We provide an integrated, cloud-native Workforce Intelligence Suite comprising HRMS tools, shift roster calculators, payroll analytics, candidate screening modules, and autonomous AI agents. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use our platform based on your selected plan parameters.
2. Account Registrations & Verification
To access platform features, you must submit registration details including Full Name, Business Email, Phone Number, and Company Name. Because we do not request a password during signup, you will receive your credentials manually from our administration team via email on confirmation of your business details. You are responsible for protecting these credentials.
3. Subscription Plans & Billings
Subscription pricing is determined by your selected plan (Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, Enterprise). Starter accounts are free for up to 10 employees. Higher plans are billed monthly. Failure to clear billing invoices within 7 business days of renewal may trigger suspension of workspace access.
4. AI Agent Screenings Usage
Our automated interview agent screens candidate profiles based on your inputs. You acknowledge that AI reports represent automated evaluations designed to assist recruiters, and final employment selections remain the responsibility of your hiring management.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BRAIN TECHNIQUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
